Our Approach

We believe that leadership comes from within – anyone wishing to lead can do so in an ethical, strategic, and intentional way. We believe that leadership is inextricably linked to continued education, perpetual learning, and cross-perspective collaboration.

Our seminars are not classes – they are intimate, facilitated conversations where big ideas are at the core and answers aren’t just prescribed, they’re explored.


The training will combine formal discussion of specifically selected management and leadership topics in an in-depth manner with facilitation of group conversation regarding current organizational challenges.

Facilitation Strategy

Prior to each monthly meeting, resource material will be distributed to participants to allow them to arrive at the session ready to participate. This material will generally be designed to require no more than one hour of preparation.


The program will be delivered in 8 monthly, 3-hour sessions. Specific locations can be provided by the host institution or we can secure a venue for an additional fee.


Session pricing is competitive and can be scaled to the specific needs and participation as required by your organization.
